About Leo
Leo Ruberto, owner and CEO of Feazel Roofing, LLC, is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of the Feazel brand. Feazel is a one-stop shop for all home exterior needs, including roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
After an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, Leo began his career in business in the commercial roofing industry. He worked on a national scale and developed a strong understanding of the roofing industry, leading to his executive career in contracting and roofing.
Following a seasoned career in roofing sales, Leo purchased Feazel in 2013, which at the time was focused solely on Columbus, OH. He has since expanded the company to eleven total locations in Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Ohio, including a newly built headquarters in Columbus. In addition to geographical expansion, Leo has grown Feazel’s revenue by 3300% in his ten years at the helm and has extended the products and services offered to include shingles, siding, windows, gutters, and solar roofing options.
Feazel has won several awards during that time, including being named as Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year by Roofing Contractor Magazine, as well as one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work in Central Ohio by Columbus Business First. Leo has also been honored as one of the 40 under 40 in Central Ohio.
Leo is a successful business owner with a passion for giving back to the communities in which his businesses operate. Among other things, he is passionate about giving back to the youth and veterans in those communities and devotes a large portion of his free time to serving on the boards for A Kid Again – Central Ohio, The National Veterans Memorial and Museum, and The Archie Griffin Scholarship Fund.
Leo resides in New Albany, Ohio with his wife and four children.
