About Andrew
Andrew is the currently President of GO Mortgage. In that role, Andrew is responsible for all aspects of the organization with a focus on day-to-day operational performance.
Formerly, Andrew has led large residential lending platforms across the country such as Fairway Independent Mortgage, NOIC Home Mortgage Lender, PHH Mortgage, Servion Group, Deutsche Bank and H&R Block Mortgage. In these positions, Andrew was responsible for all functions, including origination sales, fulfillment, capital markets, loan sales and mortgage servicing. Under his leadership and vision, the organizations he led exceeded revenue and performance targets with volume flow in excess of $4B per year. Andrew's previous experience includes retail, wholesale, and direct to consumer lending channels. He's managed annual budgets in excess of $57 million through transitional periods while maintaining elite levels of performance. Andrew's focus has been on utilizing technology, processes, and systems to create efficiency in speed, cost management, and profit.
Additionally, as founder of the Phoenix Group, Andrew served as a leadership and business consultant to several financial institutions and individuals across the country. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and trained leadership expert, Andrew is a trusted source for efficiency improvement, innovative solutions, and rapid execution. Andrew has served on the MBA's Retail Loan Committee, MBA Innovation Committee, and the Fannie Mae IMB Advisory Committee. Andrew is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, earning an eMBA/PLD degree in business management and leadership. Andrew Lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and three daughters.
