About Robert
Robert Kunzweiler is a Principal and founding member of Stonecutter Capital Advisors LLC, Stonecutter Capital Management LLC and Stonecutter Ventures LLC. Stonecutter is a $2.4 billion AUM manager with extensive multifamily, commercial real estate and corporate venture investment experience.
Rob is responsible for providing strategic direction and overall management of the organization in addition to new deal origination, investor relations, portfolio management and transaction execution. He is also an active board member for a diverse group of companies primarily focused on real estate services.
Prior to forming Stonecutter, Rob worked at CDC Capital Markets and its successor organizations, IXIS and Natixis. He focused on the origination, structuring and underwriting of complex real estate transactions for the bank’s principal operation as well as for execution in the capital markets. Mr. Kunzweiler ultimately served as the Managing Director heading Natixis’s mid-west regional office.
Previously, Mr. Kunzweiler held a position at Fitch Ratings in the commercial mortgage backed securities group. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and currently resides in Morristown, NJ with his wife and four children.
